Service Description
Ride the wave of "humpday" and flow (not fight) with your week. A Wednesday evening stress and tension relief session using manual muscle release, mobility and massage tools. Expand body awareness and capacity to create ease through conscious movement. Each 50-minute class is centered on a muscle region, common discomfort, posture/use effects and personal care between professional bodywork. Cancellation Policy
Please contact Gutted Fitness within 72 hours of booking for a full refund. If you cancel without 6 hours' notice, you will be charged for the session(s) and will not be rescheduled. If you no show, you will not be refunded or be able to reschedule a class. The class will be forfeited. If you purchased a Pop In Class pass in advanced but need to cancel, please cancel within 6 hours. No returns on products or services. Classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather or business interruptions will be rescheduled.
