I see the vision, but it was a bit bland for me and easy to overcook the sweet potatoes. I'd cook the chicken and roast the sweet potatoes tossed in olive oil and salt for half the time, then toss the asparagus in some olive oil and salt and roast them with the sweet potatoes for the remaining time. Perfect for cutting back on salt, increasing fiber, folate and vitamins A, C and K, for weight loss, improved digestion, and lower blood pressure.
